1. Attendance Commitment
Participants are encouraged to attend the session as scheduled. As seats are limited and reserved in advance, refunds will not be applicable for non-attendance due to personal reasons.
2. Technical Readiness
To ensure a smooth learning experience, participants are requested to check their device and internet connectivity beforehand. Refunds will not be applicable for technical issues arising at the participant’s end.
3. Organizer Commitment
In the unlikely event that the session is cancelled by us, participants will receive a full (100%) refund without any deductions.
4. Fair Usage Policy
As each registration reserves a dedicated seat, we are unable to offer partial refunds once the booking is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding.
