These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of customised learning interventions by pat4leades (“Provider”) to the organisation (“Client”) for the purpose of building competencies. By engaging in a contract or availing of the Provider’s services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration & Payment
Registration for PAT4Leaders public programs (online and offline) is confirmed upon successful registration and full payment through authorized third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. PAT4Leaders does not store or process participants’ banking, card, or UPI details.
2. Program Delivery & Access
Program details including date, time, format, access links, or venue information will be shared prior to the program. Program access, where applicable, is intended solely for the registered participant.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of program cancellation by PAT4Leaders, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled or alternative session.
4. Program Changes
PAT4Leaders may, where necessary, make reasonable changes to the program agenda, content, faculty, schedule, delivery mode, or venue. Such changes will be communicated and shall not entitle participants to a refund.
5. Participant Conduct & Confidentiality
Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct and are kindly requested not to disclose their employer’s identity or share any sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or critical organizational information during the program. All discussions should remain generic and non-identifiable. Any non-compliance may result in removal from the program without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All program content, materials, frameworks, recordings, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of PAT4Leaders and may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Recording & Media Consent
Programs may be recorded or photographed for learning, quality assurance, or promotional purposes. By registering, participants consent to such use, without disclosure of personal identity unless expressly agreed.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Participation in PAT4Leaders programs does not guarantee employment, promotion, certification, or specific business outcomes. Program benefits depend on individual effort and application.
9. Data Privacy & Communication
Participant information will be used solely for program administration, communication, and learning updates, and will not be shared with third parties except for payment processing or legal compliance.
10. Limitation of Liability
PAT4Leaders shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the program, including technical issues, third-party platforms, travel, or venue-related matters.
11. Force Majeure
PAT4Leaders shall not be held liable for delays or inability to deliver the program due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical disruptions.
12. Governing Law & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. By registering and completing payment, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
