As a businessman, I was always looking for solutions to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and on-the-job training of our recruits. Through this session Pattabiraman made it clear that learn-unlearn-relearn is the way forward. He focused on why it is important for a recruit to invest his time and energy in learning the ropes and why it is important for the company to invest in imparting this knowledge.
